Now this is a fun expression my grandmother used to come out with. Saperlotte is generally just an old expression of surprise….it’s from French origin but was also used in German. My grandma clearly just liked a fun animal rhyme because the addition of the ocelot is a totally random one! Obviously this needed to be immortalised in illustrated form….
