Chromatose Botanica – Boom Boom Bloom Giclée Art Print

A cacophony of blooms rushes at you in this latest addition to the Chromatose Botanica family. Delicate forget me nots, lead the way to lush lilies, cosmos, dotted with yellow Roman berries. A nod to ditsy florals but made extra sutured and zoomed in!

Boom Boom Bloom erupts across the wall in coral-orange, soft salmon-pink, periwinkle blue, golden yellow, deep forest green and a rich magenta-purple – a palette that runs warm at its heart but is cooled and balanced by the blue and green notes threaded through it. Because the coral-orange is the dominant hue, walls in a warm off-white with a faint peachy undertone will draw it forward without competing, while a deep forest-green or hunter-green wall finds its tonal match in the foliage and makes the blooms glow. For contrast, a dusty blue-grey wall picks up the periwinkle flowers and creates a complementary tension that feels considered rather than jarring, and a soft warm-grey with yellow undertones quietly echoes the golden berry clusters scattered through the composition. Stylistically, this print sits naturally within maximalist, botanical-eclectic, modern bohemian and joyful contemporary interiors – spaces that treat colour as a mood rather than a risk. It is at home above a sofa, across a dining room sideboard, or as the centrepiece of a bedroom feature wall; the sheer density of bloom makes it feel like standing inside a garden in full riot. Part of the Chromatose collection – built around the idea of pure emotion in colour – it pairs beautifully with other prints from the series on a gallery wall. It makes a generous, memorable gift for anyone who finds plain walls quietly dispiriting.

Printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag®, a museum-grade cotton paper carrying archival pigment inks, the surface has a subtle felt texture that gives the brushwork a tactile warmth, while its matte, glare-free finish means the colours read clearly under both natural and artificial light. That surface takes equally well to a slim black or natural-oak frame and to a deep ornate gilded one – the print is confident enough to carry either. At A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) or A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) it works on a shelf, a mantelpiece, or as part of a layered gallery wall; at A2 (42 × 59.4 cm) or A1 (59.4 × 84.1 cm) it becomes a proper statement, filling a wall above a bed or console with real presence; and at A0 (84.1 × 118.9 cm) it anchors an entire room, turning a bare expanse into something closer to an immersive garden. This print is also available as a 28 × 40 inch (70 × 100 cm) canvas, ready to hang with no frame required.
