K is for Kiwi.
While we nowadays associated the kiwi fruit more with New Zealand, it is actually native to central and south East China.
The Botanical Alphabet is inspired by old scientific botanical illustrations and categories of olden day Explorers and Naturists. Paired with modern outlined sans serif letters and bold colour blocks, it has a much more contemporary feel while still keeping a hint of the much loved illustration genre of the past.

Olive green, acid yellow-green, warm chocolate brown, and crisp white are the colours that define this print, with touches of soft grey in the botanical linework. The palette runs warm overall – the browns and yellow-greens share golden undertones – which makes it a natural partner for walls in warm off-white or pale oat. For a tonal, analogous scheme, a muted sage or deep moss wall draws out the olive and botanical green without competing.
